No most in the gym don't but they are all lightweights or lower, all the middleweights an above in the gym are all on weightlifting programs, you cannot honestly believe someone can be 200lbs plus of all muscle without ever having done some kind of lifting, whether it be body weight exercises, free weights, strength training etc please tell me you are not that dumb

 

It would result in a lot of publicity for certain.
