If I were Rios I would try to the best of my persuasive ability to convince Pacquiao that I'm gonna do to him what Marquez did. Then Maybe, just maybe, Pacquiao will be tentative.

To be honest if I was Rios, I would take all sorts of PEDs work on tightening up my guard and blocking shots on the inside and train my hardest and put it all on this one fight. Don't give Pacquiao any respect from the beginning and try to destroy him.
Rios isn't that type of fighter. He's in your face, let's see who can take the most punishment and land the harder shots. In short, he's the perfect cherry pick for Pac.
