He only agreed to 24 days once he got caught lying about not being able to give blood for 30 days when the Hatton video surfaced.

i would put my life on floyd doing it.

mainly for the fact, that his doctor is the same one that supplied drugs to peterson, and also he paid Many off in court so he didn't have to release all his test results which apparently have numerous positive results.

With Manny i'm 80% sure he's done a form of peds

Are you sure? NSAC carries out random urine testing already - it was the blood testing which was the issue

I have no idea why Manny refused to get involved in that it does seem appealing to fans that fighters would clean up the sport or be willing to.

But lets be real here, have athletes not beat those testing methods in the past? They have so really they could have viewed it as an inconvenience and a waste of money who knows.

NSAC doesn't use CIR tests and only tests for testosterone levels usually.

Mayweather wasn't exactly demanding it in proper fashion back then. He was openly calling Pacquiao a cheat and disrespecting his entire career. Being P4P#1 at the time and the face of boxing, it would have been foolish to bow down to Mayweather's demands especially when Pacquiao had options anyway. If anything, they almost took him to court and forced him to publicly apologize, which he did.

On Page 1 I put a link to Pacquiao's quotes in 2005 about blood testing...it would explain why he wanted some cutoff

I can't believe how most of you guys completely forget the situation back then and treat it as if it's happening today. Mayweather wasn't exactly demanding the random blood and urine test in a professional manner, he was calling Pacquiao a cheat, insulting him with some cheap racial attacks(remember the video?, and remember his apology one or two days later?) and pretty much shitting on his entire career. Pacquiao, who was P4P#1 at the time and the main man in the sport, sure as hell wasn't going to bow down to Mayweather's demands. It's understandable why he's finally taking the tests now, he's coming off a brutal loss and a big money fight against Mayweather could be a perfect exit for him.

To all the idiots who keep going on about what has Manny got to hide.

You seem to forget that Manny had a blood test taken a day or two before the first Morales fights, a fight which he lost. Boxing is as much psychological then anything else and he always blamed his loss to Morales on the blood test so that was his big reason for not accepting having blood tests so close to the Mayweather fight although he did agree up to 21 days before the fight so HE NEVER TURNED DOWN THE IDEA OF TESTING FOR THE MAYWEATHER FIGHT.

Now that he's lost again i think that psychological barrier about testing untill a few days before a fight has gone and he's open to it again even in the week before the fight.

I hope this explains things once and for all even for the feeble minded amongst the PAC HATERS.

Just one last thing....NOT ONE reporter has ever made an allegation or found evidence of Manny using any type of performance enhancing drugs.

    WHERAS

There are reporters who have written about Mayweather using sterioids and failing tests and having them brushed under a carpet due to corruption.

If that was the case then they would have accepted 14 days which was a fair concession. But they didn't, not because of Mayweather's demands, but because they didn't want the fight.

As the fight drew closer they got cold feet and didn't feel they were ready for Mayweather and used the drug testing as there out.
