None of us know for certain whether the fight would have taken place, even if Manny had given into all Floyd's demands initially.

Floyd Snr accused Manny of cheating, and that's why Floyd demanded OSDT. It was done on the basis of what Floyd Snr had said.

Manny tried to laugh it off, but over a period of time he got sick of it.

He was attacked in various interviews, being labelled a yellow rice eating Asian midget.

Manny ended up suing.

You know Manny sued for defamation of character. That's a FACT.

The Mayweather's were taken to court, they apologised, and paid $114,000.

I do not think he was on anything but I do think he was mismanaged by TR that made him look bad. I really do not think he cared about being dictated to by Floyd but everyone around him was. Its silly how in 2009 he would care about testing protocol when Mayweather agreed to everything quickly. Besides when you go into Negos you expect that the other side will have some demands that you may make you feel uncomfortable (10mill/pound, catchweights, glove size, ring size, ring enterance . . . etc).

As a fan of both guys I wish Pac said "hell ya!" like a boss . . . but the million and one excuses made him look bad plus it made other suspect what the mayweather camp suspected.

Something he could have done, if he did not want to be dictated to by floyd, was to implemented USDA testing in his very next fight. The reality is that all the excuses that were thrown out there, then and now, do not make any sense.

I do not think manny is a *****, like I said earlier, I think he was mismanaged. Most boxing fans (and his real fans) would have rather him have taken the test and shut up all the critics . . . that would have been the G thing to do. But all his advisers got in his ear and said; "sue their asses" and backed him into a corner because by that time he was gonna look like a punk.

What difference does it make if Floyd was really polite in negotiations etc, after his Dad had a accused him of cheating, and Floyd obviously agreed. And before you ask me for a quote of where Floyd agreed, he obviously did, otherwise he wouldn't have asked for OSDT demands in the first place.

For the longest time I placed part of the blame on floyd for the fight not happening in 2009, that is until Manny insisted on the same protocol against Rios. That move proved to me that it was all on their side in 2009. If he has no problem with testing now, and in fact demanding it, why didnt he agree in 2009? Everybody thought back then that the deal would never get hammered out but Mayweather agree to all of TR's demands extremely fast . . . including 10mill/pound. If you know anything bout the sport it is during these type of fights that helps shape the game. this was not a big deal and it was been proven by the actions on Pac' side since
