Im all for extra testing, and I dont think it matters who carries it out. But the whole Morales fiasco was a farce.

 

That technicality being Garcia COULDN'T walk out of a sanctioned fight and under the PRIVATE contract the information was not forwarded to the NY commission for consideration. Just proof that GBP only wants the APPEARANCE of a clean sport. It was well within their promotional rights to cancel the fight so come off of that excuse now.

 

I've a specific question...Do you have links to back up what you say?? Its simple, you can take the discussion else where like you're trying to do but its not gonna solidify your claim.

So again I'll ask...Do you have sources that the USADA has private contracts that you're claiming.

Here is the difference. When you sign up for VADA you give VADA the express authorization to share that information with the appropriate commissions so there is no way to cover up a failed test. That difference, as we have seen, is huge. Two fights cancelled vs one going forward with a dirty fighter. Technically he failed two test because the same samples are tested twice. A & B is one sample tested twice for accuracy. Semantics I guess.

 

If they were public Max Montoya wouldn't have had to ask for them. Stop being dense.

Not following the "Excuse?" Angel Garcia had to 'leak' this so people would even know about it. He had every right to be concerned about GBP forcing his son into the ring with a drug cheat. We don't have access to the actual contracts so we can only make guesses on what went down. If the commission didn't disqualify Morales, Garcia probably didn't have the contractual right to refuse the fight. Even if he did GBP would have made him pay in one way or another for having to cancel the show. It was up to GBP to live up to their word that they are trying to clean up the sport by canceling the show when Morales tested dirty. They didn't. What would have been the outcome if Garcia had been seriously injured or even just taken a loss?
