Yeah, that is why the US needs a national commission. The USADA/VADA actual test results would fall under their jurisdiction just like with Olympic athletes. This is the distinction people are ignoring purposefully for their own sake or otherwise. Nevada recognizes all testing. They even sent Peterson's admission of doping to the DC commission in that fight and the DC commission refused to act on it. It's all about making money.

Now TR won't use USADA for testing which is just one more 'reason' that fights between the two promoters won't be made. GBP has stated they will never use VADA and now we know why. TR can use that to their advantage by pointing out the obvious and saying that only VADA testing is valid.

OK. If it isn't a private contract just call up and ask for them. I'll wait. :rofl

I didn't see that as arguing just clarification since I didn't understand your "Excuse?" response.

broner-de marco.....shaw wanted vada, gbp wanted usada, shaw gave in to gbp, usada didn't collect samples from both.

Yep, boxing needs a major overhall. The fact that a fight can go on as normal after failed tests is an outrage.

The TR GBP saga is just petty. Both want to keep everything in house. Too much bad blood, plus now they are both on different networks.

Different networks, different drug testing protocols. The excuses just pile up.

With you? Ya. You can't have a conversation with someone that is not going to recognize standard definitions or is too damned dumb to realize what a private contract is.
