Had a little look at owens only a few rounds.looked pretty decent.nice mover.decent speed..decent jab/double jab..good at getting in and out of range.....basically I have seen a lot worse fighters go on to do greater things at this weight.might be worth a punt in this.
    What do others think?

Nathan Cleverly went through him like a train, imagine what another 25lbs will do to him.

Without being disrespectful mate I see carmichael is 34 years old.what has he been doing all these years?
Theres some tough young guns here and at 34 surely that is a huge disadvantage?
I say this with an open mind as I admit I know nothing about the fella.
Can you tell me a bit more?
    Cheers mate

Carmichael is in great shape, a very fresh 34 year old. He loves a fight, but also has a nice tidy boxing style. The only thing that worries me slightly is that he is a little bit upright and there is not a lot of head movement, but he is certainly a good value bet for Prizefighter, it is made for his style.

Carmichael will get to the semi or final but lose there I think, hard to pick on this.

Draw could make a big difference.

Just watched a bit of old footage....see what you mean about being upright.looks very tidy though but I still need to see something more recent.
Could be a good prizefighter this
....gets its critics but it is what it is.
I think sometimes people make too much of it....its a fun night and I usually enjoy it

I have always liked Prizefighter, especially at the heavier weights. This one should be good, very good line up and looking forward to seeing the draw so I can do my Prizefighter bet.

  9. Conquest, miles and Dawson stand out

Shane mcphilben normally is horrible but with it being 3 rounds and with his personality he is a good addition.he has shown he has power but must be a massive outsider

Camacho is the dark horse, this should suit him

Conquest is out of Prizefighter, heard it from the man himself, injuried last week in training. Very sad news for him, he has had rotten luck over the last two years with injuries.

  11. Prizefighter is the biggest pile of wank

  12. Conquest out leaves a bit of a hole

He was the class in the field

    Who's reserves

No idea, surprised though that odds have been released as I heard last Friday that Conquest had withdrawn.

Just seen the reserves are 33/1 to win, get £5 on that, could be a cracking bet??

  15. Be silly to bet on someone you don't know. The reserves could be useless
