More nonsense about Tyson. Tyson's one shot KOs if anything increased as he got older, because he could no longer throw his blistering combinations. Golota, Botha, Savarese, Etienne were all knocked down by one punch, stopped in the case of the last three, forced to quit in the case of the first (along with horrendous injuries). Ah, OK. The feeler jab that hit Holmes' glove before the right hand probably added a great deal to the effect. Obviously the right itself would've done little damage. It was the jab that didn't land that really hurt him.atsch

 

Two things.

A little tapping jab is not considered a power punch. Therefore whether it landed before the right hand or not is irrelevant.

Second, a shot fighter does not continue to fight at a world class level for another decade, take a prime Evander the distance, beat a prime Ray Mercer, and give a prime Oliver McCall hell.
