Probably just enough to build strength.

A lot of them know, too much muscle mass can hinder flexibility and can actually slow you down.

    I know Tyson did.

Did wonders for JMM too (not the KO, but the KD of Pac -- that punch had sa power behind it that was never there before).

Think I read somewhere Pac and Hatton do a lot of low weight/high reps

This subject is right up Virus and Dealth_With alley. They know everything. Dealt_With once posted he could make Mayweather better by having him lift weights/changing his routine rather then keep doing what's been doing for years and years

They don't? Kostya Tsyzu lifted weights, Hatton lifted weights after his boxing workout and it worked fine for him. Different methods from the fighters I mentioned.

Read and weep *******. Fight night Pac was still bigger. Scales don't lie. You don't gain muscle after weigh in.

I know hard to believe right? Pac farts, you think it's roses you smell.

    Jack Johnson
    John Sullivan
    Jim Jeffries
    James Corbett

All did light dumbell work and they were very big muscular men

Look I don't want to argue with a person who thinks heavy bag, skipping rope, speed bag,pad work is useless after a perioid of time. You just said it in so many words
