Gotta give credit to Ronda Rouse, going in there and wanting to learn how to box and box well and against a dude of all people. Darchinyan makes pretty good fighters look akward at times. The dude throws punches from weird angles. Big ups to Honda, I hope she continues to learn and want to learn.

That's a bad *****, any woman caught in the cage with her better watch they arm or it'll be broken.. Nice to know she's trying to work on standup as the armbar won't always be there... Wonder why she picked Vic though..

Oh yeah, this'll probably be moved from boxing section as well.

There is a rumor she arm barred Vic almost immediately when they rolled. She likes to train with Armenians. Stems from her competitive judo days.

Boxing is very much a martial art.

She goes alright, but Vic was playing around and only tapping her.

Helluva woman. Vic tho, who is considered flat footed, still provided more movement than most mma fighters. Just moving around the ring, using sudden shifts to move to any direction, and positioning yourself within range takes alot of energy. Alot more to boxing than just punching. She had a nice jab going.

Really? A female judoka/MMA fighter doing boxing sparring against a male professional boxer (and a good one) and he is clearly better at boxing than she is and exposes her technique as being somewhat amateurish. Who'd a thunk it.

Like to see him stop one of her throws and survive an armbar on the ground though. :yep

    :hat
