Oliver McCall will come back to Heavyweight boxing

  1. Same like Hopkins did in LHW.

McCall, who TKO'ed Lewis in Round 5 fights against a guy named Zimnoch from Poland, who's last fight was a 6 rounder against a bum, who lost in Biggers Better through K.O against Nikolaj Falin, a average Thaiboxer from my city who had his Pro Boxing debut back then ..

McCall is in good shape! He trained in Mayweathers camp. His last fight was against Pianeta and he hurted Pianeta in the last two rounds. McCall had only 8!! days for preperation and dominated the whole fight though .. of course he lost through UD, even though he won that fight.

Oliver and his son will fight this Saturday in Poland and I am sure, McCall will win this fight through K.O in round 5 or 6. Father and Son victory.

I want to see after that a rematch against Pianeta first and then we will see who's no. 1 in the IBF. He makes it before his 50's!

The guy must need money badly.

Should have retired a decade ago

Considering how many blows he's taken to the head and all the **** he's been through, he's unbelievably clear and coherent for a 48 year old who had his first pro fight 28 years ago and has fought regularly since then. He's still an alright fighter, took a few rounds off Pianeta and should be able to beat Zimnoch who has beaten absolutely no-one yet. Impressive too how he keeps a close eye on the current HW division, must do if he knows about Saleta/Golota.

He's certainly nowhere near as ****ed and past it as, say, James Toney.

  10. If McCall wins against Zimnoch, he should face Wilder. Wilder lost against Zimnoch as amateur, he has a eggshell chin and McCall is not a bum like Audley.
McCall will test prospects and can get through it a fight in the IBF for the title before he reitres.

It's easy to just look at his age and think "this guy should have retired ages ago" but over the past decade he's fought a dozen top 100 guys, beaten a few of them and picked us some great wins, and judging by that interview, doesn't seem to have suffered any brain damage, slurred speech or anything.

And judging by his last fight, against a guy who just fought Wlad, he won a few rounds and showed that he's still a competent fighter even though his prime was 20 years ago. I think he will beat Zimnoch, looking at the Pole's record, he hasn't even been in with any notable journeymen let alone anyone who can fight at the level McCall did in his last fight.

  12. He had only 8 days to prepare for the fight not to forgett.

he is old and way past prime at 48, but still Zimnoch is quite winnable fight at this point.
