Props to her for trying to improve her standup skills the hard way. and props to Vic for helping her too.

the one where ronda supposedly ****s up vic and throws him around the gym

 

Would have been cool to see Vic put his wrestling into action so we could see some grappling.

It must be very frustrating for Ronda to overcome the urge of employing another discipline to counter her boxing troubles.

I was once watching a kickboxer spar with a boxer but only in boxing. Both knew what they were doing but when the boxer got the upper hand for a sustained period of time the kickboxer instinctively threw a kick. He immediately apologised, it was just how he is programmed.

 

Meh.

 

I was just expecting more from someone who supposedly gave Lucia Rijker a rough time in sparring. :bart

 

On subsequent viewings, noticed Vic tried to cop a feel in the end :rofl

 

I believe they wrestled or did ground work or whatever it's called. pretty sure he got more than a feel.

did she **** give her a hard time,maybe done well with full headguard and 16oz's on different story when in there for real

her boxing is her main part of her standup i dont really recall her being much of a kicker and her boxing at the moment is pretty bad, a few more years and she will be better

there are guys in mma that have practiced boxing...

juijitsu is not mma...it's juijitsu
