Your full of ****. The ones in bold aren't Mayweather's best wins. Hatton, Cotto, Marquez are better than the two in bold you said are his best.

Whitaker was shot, and a drug addict. Chavez Sr was shot when he fought De La Hoya and Vargas was a green hypejob who was way to underdeveloped to be stepping up.

I just have a hard time knowing Shane jumped to 147 at around the same time Conte started his underground scheme.

Oscar will be more loved. He'll always go down as the guy who fought everybody.

Floyd will be more admired for his skills. He's just flat out a better technical boxer than Oscar was.

Black marks on Oscar's resume that puts Floyd ahead of him:

    1) Running from Tito while ahead on the cards, resulting in defeat
    2) Losing to Felix Sturm
    3) Coming in out of shape against Hop and getting KOed
    4) Losing a head to head matchup against Floyd at 154

Make a poll and we'll see whether the vast majority of fans agree with you, or with me, as to whether De La Hoya won the fights with Trinidad and Mosley in the rematch.

    Go ahead. I'll wait.

    1) Running didn't cause him the defeat, corruption did. He did enough to win the fight, and none of those rounds were 10-8 rounds in Tito's favor. You don't have to fight bravely, to win, you have to win a majority of rounds, which Oscar did. Floyd "ran" more often throughout his career.
    2) Close fight, at a higher weight than Floyd has ever fought.
    3) Competitive fight, at a higher weight than Floyd has ever fought, against a better opponent than any of Floyd's.
    4) If anything it works in Oscar's favor that he was far removed from his physical prime, as evidence by his lack of defensive sharpness against Mayorga of all people, and was still one of his most competitive opponents.

All that is secondary to the comparative accomplishments of both.

But missing out on Paquiao and retiring for 2 years in his prime doesn't hurt Mayweather?

Anyone can play the detractor game.

You know your resume is thin when you have rely on Genaro Hernandez and Rafael Ruelas.

I don't see a very good case for putting Oscar ahead of Mayweather.

You're not smart for just going by what the record book says. Oscar got some bad decisions in some of his fights (Mosley and Trinidad), but he also got some gifts (Sturm and maybe Whitaker).

    in response to each

    1) if that were the case Floyd should have allot of Losses by now shouldnt he

    2) officially ruled a win as is Castillo Mayweather and DLH Mayweather

    3) umm he didnt come in to that fight out of shape he was just fighting a man who happened to move up to light heavyweight at an advanced age and do the un thinkable if anything he had the balls to fight a much bigger man while *****s are busy justifying Floyds ducking of Canelo

    4) officially Floyd won that fight by the narrowest of Margins possible
