    Most of them. I think it's a clear majority. I've spent too many hours researching it and the history of widespread PED's in sports since the late 1960's to not think so.

    And no way to know based on "Ooh, he looks ripped" or "Ooh, he's too nice of a guy" or "Ooh, his trainer has never been busted before," etc.

    Anyone could be. There is everything for everything if you get what i mean. Athlete has an injury then there is something he can take to recover quicker.
    Stamina issues ? There is something for that.
    Weight loss ? There is something for that.
