Currently? Probably Mexico. Of all time would be a silly question...of course the U.S.

The US has had success across all divisions whereas Mexico has largely seen most of their success in the babby divisions.

The US has some serious players in the sport of boxing right now, like Mayweather and Ward, who I dont see getting beat anytime soon.

Also you have young talents such as Broner,Gary Russell Jr,Errol Spence etc who can make a huge impact on the sport.

Mexico however, generally produces some real talent.

Lennox Lewis had his hands full with Frank Bruno, Ray MErcer etc.
Ali had troubles with Sir Henry Cooper.
Mayweather had trouble with Castillo.

Ponce De Leon is an awkward workhorse, and it was early on in Broners career, he can grow from that. Not every elite fighter look impeccable.
