No, I want you to keep talking. I want you to present a positive case for one of my favourite fighters of all time, Floyd Mayweather, and why you think he's greater than De La Hoya WITHOUT saying 'De La Hoya lost 6 fights deal wit it blat' like you have ****ing tourettes or something. The only POSITIVE CASE for Mayweather has been 44-0, unbeaten no blueprint. But I already addressed that in the post on the previous page with the red writing on.

    - Floyd is greater than Oscar because he's far more skilled and technically sound

    - Floyd has traversed 5 divisions, winning the lineal title multiple times and has been considered the best or top 2 fighter in the world or a decade

    - Floyd has far better longevity and is 20-0 in world title fights

    - Oscars resume pre-147 is a joke. Where he won the wbo belt from a bunch of mexican no-hopers having a distinct advantage in size and weight. Whereas Mayweather climbed divisions while consistently being outweighed against larger opponents

    - Mayweather and Oscars resumes are pretty even when you consider only fights Oscar actually won as to how you SHOULD judgr resumes. Losses font enhance your prestige

    - Longevity, Floyd is 36 and still unanimous best in the world. Oscar was coked out rocking fishnets at 36

    In summation

    - Skill, Technique, weight jumping, longevity, title reign, p4p legacy, and general perception

Also stop stating would run through Mayweathers resume dumbass. He was 5'11 160lbd on fight night in his prime. He is BIGGER than Floyd, which shows Floyd skill in that the only fighter who would be a lock on Oscars resume to beat Floyd was Hopkins

    Btw Floyd beats Sturm

Take that ******!!!! Team G! MoneyTeam!!! Ya DiiG!! Blat Blat

    Any questions?

hard to say. At this point I don't see how Oscar ranks higher than Floyd. He was willing to fight the best but he lost. That is probably why Floyd handpicks, he knows that if he fought the best he would lose and be ranked lower. No one can say Oscar did not fight the best. He just moved too high in weight. At 140 is where he should have made his mark.

If Floyd retires 50-0 you have to hand it to him, he could be considered as the best ever so topping de la hoya should be agreed on by everyone.

I haven't agreed with that reasoning since I looked deeper into old timers, who all had losses against lesser names or losses against eachother...mainly because they actually did jump in and fight eachother, something Oscar would do.

he cannot be regarded as the best ever if he is 50-0? You have to understand what other fighters went through to get to the top ATG list to say Floyd will be best ever if he gets to 50-0. Over Robinson? Leonard? Ali? Louis? No way.

    Oscar vs Pacquiao:
    1. Oscar was weight drained 9lbs.
    2. Oscar was at 154 for 8 years.
    3. Oscar only rehydrated 2lbs lol, and looked like a dead corpse.
    4. Oscar was shot anyway rehydrated or not.
    5. Oscar had depression/mental issues
    6. Oscar was a depressed + coke addict, it's one thing to be a coke addict which isn't good but it's another to throw depression in the mix with it.
    7. Oscar used to get drunk whilst training for Pacquiao.

But to you guys, this is a 'loss' for Oscar and thus affects his resume...please, that's pretty ridiculous.

    This.

Just remember Ali that he's only going to fight the likes of Amir Khan.
A win against Amir Khan means not even 0.1% when you're comparing resumes with SRR or Leonard etc.

I challenge you to watch the fight at least 5 times, pause it all the time and cross-analyse and compare it with at least 2 performances of a 'better' Whitaker.

The difference is small, and some of that difference can be due to the fact that Oscar is a better fighter than the others he faced apart from Chavez.
