The nanny from the fourth fight could beat Marquez so yes I think he could beat a lesser opponent in rios.

Rios doesnt represent the guys that challenge Manny

Manny dominates made to order come straight in guys like Hatton and Margarito and Cotto to a degree

Its movers like Marquez and Bradley that present challenges

Movers?..no, not so much. Manny had no 'challenge' with Bradley whatsoever, and he's beaten good movers before like Barrera. He has problems with tremendous strategic-tacticians, not movers.

But youre right about the come-straight-in, power-puncher boxers. Manny eats them for breakfast.

On elli sechbacks channel theres a video about 2 years ago, Rios says he would lose to pacquiao, sure he takes saying that back now hah. Rios was definitely hurt in in the second alvarado fight but he regained composure really quick. They are apparentely are devising a new strategy for Rios, looks like Garcia knows that come foreward style is suicide, how do you see Rios changing his game plan, if it's to counter manny all night (ala marquez) i think that'd be a huge mistake unless pac has diminished this greatly.

The Manny of the 4th fight was already edging JMM on the cards so yeah, he can surely beat Rios.

An unconscious Manny could still UD Rios.

Of course he can and does with ease. He looked better than he had for a long time but I worry at his age his chin may have been cracked

Yeah Pac was well on top against JMM winning te fight and probably if the fight had gone on another round or 2 he would have stopped JMM - his face was a mess

BUt he walked onto a huge shot from a true technician

Current Pac as long as being hit by bigger fighters for years havent caught up with him he should have enough to move and turn and rattle of speedy combos without taking too much from the much slower rios. I imagine Pac will get the stoppage Rios might be on his feet when it happens but i can see him busting Brandon up

Assuming the KO hasn't ****ed him, then yeah, he should be able to beat Rios easily.

And shines, i dont get how some boxing fans dont get the GAP between A+ fighter and C+ fighter, it will be like Manny vs heavybag, Rios has footwork so slow that Pac will be in and out with power shots before Rios even realizes what hit him, and if you expect Rios to counter PAc:rofl
