No not always usually If you're going to cheat you're not gong to tell it to the world. You tend to keep that stuff as private as you can.
They keep leaving out that the cut off was for BLOOD testing only because Pac lost a fight where he had been blood tested and in his mind blamed that on his loss.
What difference does it make? Maybe he has been doing some research? Maybe he has even had blood drawn to test his old theory? Maybe he has a private contract with a cut off date for blood testing?
Really because you guys have used the fact that Roach had three fighters test positive as proof that Pacquiao is on PEDs
atsch Come on man? Hold him accountable for not doing it then but now he's willing. That falls on Pac period.
 Wow man you guys are really showing the real deal lately what a way to stay consistent these days.:!:
Boy shut the **** up, you *****sexuals turned full ******* in the last two weeks I know its been tough on you but deal with it little girl
Only circumstantial evidence against Pac counts. After all, he only agreed to unlimited urine testing up to the fight. Mayweather wanted a quart of blood from him as he entered the ring. I don't see a problem with that. Having had a careless nurse bruise my arm during blood testing I think it was reasonable for Pac to want a cut off. But wait for it. It would have been IMPOSSIBLE for the USADA people to make a mistake like that.
