Bazooka. You should tell this guy to read what i have posted earlier.

I said whenever Pac does his usual edge asking bs. I do not create threads about it, i do not attack tards and say he is ***** this and ***** that. It is what it is. Cotto is a good win for Pac. Whenever you get matches like this, the fighter who wins will NEVER RECEIVE FULL CREDIT. I was never against in any of Pac's fights.

In this scenerio. I WOULD NOT GIVE FLOYD FULL CREDIT IF HE DEFEATS CANELO AT 147. Just like i would not give Canelo full credit if he fight FLoyd at 154 bc Floyd IS NOT A true JMW. A fair catchweight or a rehydration clause i would bc IT IS FAIR.

Not saying anything about that, but the comparison is not the same. Oscar was a zombie and they were basically the same weight on fight night.

    Canelo will weigh 170+.....

Asking a fighter to give up 20+ pounds in the ring isn't a reasonable request, sorry. If he wants to do it, that's major kudos for Floyd. But it certainly shouldn't be a requirement.

So. Floyd was outweighed by Ortiz by close to 20lbs. Pacquiao was outweighed by at least 20lbs against Clottey and close to 20 by Margarito. Floyd outweighed Marquez by a fair amount. Martinez beat the breaks off a man who outweighed him by a fair amount. Jones Jr took on Ruiz who outweighed him by 30lbs. Since when is a champion and number 1 ranked man at 154lbs to small to face another 154lb champion?

    Now you are exaggerating.

Clottey didn't outweigh Pacquiao by 20 pounds, sorry. Margarito never won anything at 154 and they had a catchweight of 150. Comparing that to Canelo is garbage, sorry. Canelo would starch Margarito at 154, easy.

Floyd out-weighed Marquez by about 8 pounds at WW.... A decent amount, I won't deny.

Ortiz did outweigh Floyd by about 17 pounds, yes, but at what weight class was this? 147.... Floyd's current weight class. Canelo would weigh about 5 pounds heavier than Ortiz as well.

Floyd is ranked #1 at 154, yes. But it doesn't mean he is actively campaigning there. That is based on 1 fight against Miguel Cotto. He has 2 fights in his entire 44 fight career at 154, and both times, he has looked a little fat and slow in the ring, and has been two of his worst performances.

If Mayweather fights Canelo, it is big ups to him. That is a tall task because Canelo is a good boxer, and will have a significant size advantage. Anybody who discounts the size advantage is a fool. It's huge.

That being said, I am also on record saying I want this fight at 154 or not at all.

Honestly so many of you have ganged up on Tards over this in the past its hard to keep up with who said what, there are the usual suspects in this Pimp C, Rudyard,Michigan Warrior, Bball and Prince and many more that have talked mad **** about Pacs catch weights and are now today flipping the scripted and justifying Floyds antics here

if I mislabeled you as one of them that I apologize I have seen few Floyd fans actually speak out against this Larry is one of them big props to those guys because those are you true fans of the sport while the others who justify this **** are no different than the *******s themselves.

1 question though how could you not give Canelo full credit if he beats Floyd at 154? Floyd had no problem fighting Cotto and DLH at 154, are you saying that had DLH or Cotto beat Floyd you would give Floyd a pass and discredit those losses?

its a double standard here a guy who holds a title at 154 and has stated he wants to defend that title all the sudden doesnt want nothing to do with the Jr Middle weight Champ... it makes no sense.

Then you have Floyd in Canelos position looking to bring guys up from 140 to 147, so how is it if Canelo beats Floyd at 154 you wont give him credit but if Floyd should bring Peterson, Lucas and Garcia up from 140 to 147 you will give Floyd credit? its the same damn scenario here man....:verysad

 No, because you'd still be negating the only good thing he's got going for him. How about you just stick by the rules that are already in place, and let Canelo come in the best possible condition he can (something Floyd himself claims he allows his opponents to do) in a weightclass where Floyd currently holds a title.

    Wow!

Some of these comments are embarrassing to read!

I think Floyd come become a serial killer and he'd still be defended on here.

    It's pathetic!

    15lb difference 150 and 165

Well, he won a belt but not one of the main ones. He had one fight at 154 before meeting Pacquiao at 150

Canelo is a better fight but the comparison is the weight difference. Pacquiao was 17lb lighter - people talking about Canelo coming in at 170+ but it's the first time he did that, he usually comes in at 166/167

Floyd refused to step on the scales so not sure how you know that. Floyd refused for a reason, he does that when he's heavier than usual - he did the same against Cotto. He looked MASSIVE compared to Marquez who climbed 2 weight classes having never fought there - at a much bigger disadvantage than Mayweather would be at with Canelo

    14lb. Floyd was 150, Ortiz was 164

    http://www.fightnews.com/Boxing/mayweather-says-hes-stripped-of-wba-belt-189414

Floyd said after being stripped 2 weeks ago he wanted to defend his 154 belt - that implies he intended to fight at that weight again, just doesn't want to fight at 154 against canelo

I will put it to you like this a few years back one of the usual suspects hard core ***** user name imp4pdabest posted a picture from his photo bucket which was left un private.
Another member of this forum browsed his pictures and noticed he had several pictures of naked little kids...

He called out the poster on it eventually the poster ended up banned for life but I am sure he still lurks here with an Alt when he was questioned on it all the sudden he had to go to chessecake factory etc... it was pretty sick man.

However all of these *****s here made excuses for this guy and was pissed off that we exposed him which lead to him being banned.
Thats the group of people your dealing with here, they justify Floyd beating up on woman in front of his kids, and will go as far as to defend a pedophile in the name of Mayweather as long as they are a fan of Floyd its all good even if you fantasize about touching little kids :verysad
