Why did Pac ask Rios to test. After all he never asked another opponent to?:-( Do you see how that works? It doesn't matter why he wanted him to perhaps he suspected Pac was on something. What you should be asking is why didn't Pac agree to a test that would be given to both men to insure the biggest fight of this era was fought clean? Later to only agree to those same test he earlier refused. Why wouldn't he agree to something that is good for the sport years ago? Any logical person would be asking that.

I do realise, and I explained why things are different now already but you're ignoring it so that's fine.

He didn't refuse testing, he wanted a cut off so he wouldn't have blood drawn close to fight night. If you've read his comments after the Morales fight, you would know he believed (rightly or wrongly) that it badly affeced him. In between all that was the media campaign Floyd ran in the press about him being on something

It absolutely DOES matter if PEDS are of use because the point is it proves a cutoff of 7-14 days is not a ridiculous thing to ask, especially with a test right after the fight. Mayweather and Mosley were last blood tested 18 DAYS before their fight - so if that's ok for a former PED user why didn't Mayweather say 14 days is fair enough...this was an argument Pacquiao made.

You can keep ignoring these things, you're a fanboy and won't see sense

Because there was no cutoff for the Mosley fight. USADA know when they should test a fighter, let them do their job.

You guys keep saying Mosley was only tested 18 days out even though he signed up for testing to fight night.. That should have given Pac MORE confidence they won't test him within 7 days of the fight, smart guy. But no, let's not look at Pac ducking the test demanding a cutoff even though we'll use Mosley's last test date to show they weren't tested 7 days out. :patsch

But no. Mayweather runs USADA. In Pac's case they would have tested him day before the fight! :| :rofl

Cut off dates are nothing but an excuse to duck the test. If he felt it weakened him why now is he willing to test? Quit making excuses about cutoff dates. You know goddamn well it's ****ing weak. Take the damn test and we would have had a fight already. But haters like you like to continue to try and act as if Pac was right for asking for cutoff dates to a test that is supposed to be random in the first place with cut off dates it ruins that.:deal:

Years later they're still defending a professional boxer asking for cutoff dates on random drug testing. **** is hilarious.

Ask them if random blood and urine is good, they say yes. They want the sport cleaned, it's the best testing available... Oh, but Floyd should have accepted a cutoff for Pac because he couldn't cheat within that time frame. :rofl:rofl:patsch

I agree that Pac should have agreed to the testing. But he didn't, and that's his prerogative. Instead he negotiated for a cut-off for testing, then later agreed to not have one. That's what happens in fight negotiations; they negotiate. But Floyd wasn't willing to negotiate, he was only willing to dictate. What is clear is that Floyd didn't care about drug-testing before the Pacquiao fight, and was happy to fight an unpunished drug cheat immediately after he came up with the idea. Why did he care if Pac was on PEDs?

No **** these guys run to no test to cut off dates and back. ****ing hilarious how they continue to make excuses and spin for an obvious duck. Pac and his *******s were defeated and lost on this issue the minute Pac signed to do random test for Rios but his fans are too stupid to realize this.:deal It proved PBF was right along about PEDS in boxing and all those excuses Pac used not to test before were bull****, ways to get out of fighting him.

This coming from you who earlier today was laughing at Pac for using USADA testing and me having to point out to your stupid ass that VADA was being used.

Was PBF dictating when he agreed to the 10,000,000 dollar weight fine that Pac wanted? Did PBF dictate when he agreed to a 50/50 split glove size and who would come out first? All PBF wanted was testing that's not dictating that's insuring both men are clean which is good for the sport. PBF agreed to all of Pac's demands but Pac couldn't agree to test after initially agreeing testing would be no problem.

Who gives a ****? Do you realize how stupid you sound? USADA VADA it doesn't matter. Pac is testing dumbass.:deal He lost! He admitted that PBF was right and is now doing the same test he made excuses not to take and wouldn't do to fight PBF with no cutoffs he is now doing for the Rios fight. USADA or VADA it's a win win for the sport and PBF fans and a loss for delusional *******s like yourself that stated for years commission testing was fine. It's been a bad year for *******s. How do you like to be on the losing side of things once again? KTFO 6 now this:hi::lol::rofl
