What demands are canelo making to floyd?

He said he wouldn't fight him below 150, and shat on him for offering Marg 150, but not willing to give him same treatment. 1+1=2. You remember it took a while for Pac to offer 150, after Cotto's taunts, cause he was sticking with his 147, just as he promised after Marg. No special treatment for Cotto, same for all.

 

No, just pointing out double standards by Cotto. At first he was fine with the weight in the first Pac fight. Then he starts saying 2lbs hurt him. Then he moves to 154lbs and doesn't accomplish anything. Decides to rematch Margarito.... at a catch weight even though he had complained about being taken down 2 pounds in the Pac fight. Then, all of a sudden Cotto is all of the sudden in his prime at 154lbs and Mayweather is brave for fighting the man at the weight he is most comfortable at. Even though he had never accomplished nothing at that weight and his biggest fight at that weight was in fact fought at a catch weight.

 

They are only considered the biggest challenges because Mayweather didn't face them. Mayweather faces them they are no longer considered the biggest challenges.

Mosley used to be a name thrown around here every single day non stop. Now Mosley is never mentioned as a challenge that Mayweather conqured. I wonder why.

 

Hatton used to be one of Mayweather's biggest challenges with a "style and pressure Mayweather never experienced before in his career". No longer considered a challenge.

If 1+1=2 in that situation why the hell didn't Cotto fight him at 150? Because he never offered that, just wanted to point out how Pac's camp pick and choose what fighters to fight at what weight, to give Pac an advantage. As well as how Arum tries to **** fighters with their purses. 1+1=2. :yep

Did I not mention Mosley above. **** If Mayweather never fought Ortiz ppl would be using that as an example of Mayweather not fighting a big young aggressive power puncher today.

 

Collazo was a big strong WW who was a south paw. Very tough match up for a guy like Hatton regardless of weight due to style. Mayweather isn't a big strong WW especially at that time. So Hatton's trouble with Collazo doesn't correlate to him fighting Mayweather at WW. If you thought about it from a boxing perspective rather then just trying to talk **** then you would understand.

 

Because Cotto just left TR, and Arum really wanted him back into the fold. Can't blame Arum, he knows promoting. Not that I care Cotto passed, not that interested in the rematch, but clear as day hypocrisy to blame weight (and money) after telling him he'd do 150, and also making an unprecedented request for 150 earlier vs Marg.

Just be honest with yourself, what's Cotto's ideal weight? Now that he's too lazy to make 147, it's probably 150.

Canelo is a light heavyweight on fight night. Floyd Mayweather Sr said that for the fight to happen, Canelo has to come in at 147 and he has to weigh a maximum of 150 on fight night. Canelo already drains himself to make 154, he would be dead at 147.
