I think alexander is quite underrated but can be hurt. Purdy seems like a good guy and would be cool if he done the unthinkable. Any chance?

Very little in my opinion, if any.
Alexander in most likeliness will completely outbox Purdy.

    Not really.

No disrespect to Purdy but I couldn't care less. Infact, I'm not really looking forward to Sky's overly bias bull**** approach. It was sickening enough when Rees fought. It's like when there's a british underdog, the other fighter becomes a god, the scorecard is always based on Jim Watt's nerves and current emotions so it never makes any sense. I don't really find Purdy interesting or likeable anyway. I don't dislike him or anything, just nothing resonates in him to me to get behind him. Devon Alexander is probably p4p top 3 most boring boxers on the planet today, if not number one.

The only reason I'll watch this is if I'm bored as **** at 3/4am on Saturday.

If you're British I don't see why you wouldn't support him, chance or not

I hope he does it, but purdy is euro level at best,****ing good level to be at, but alexander who is not the best world level fighter is a BIG step up

it would be funny and all that, and it would remove a possible easy Floyd opponent of the list. But on the downside we would get stuck with another non world level boxer with a strap around his waist.

Alexander is overrated IMO. I still think he outboxes Purdy though. I hope Purdy makes a good account of himself. You never know, which is why we will watch.

pudee at the press conference looked very shy, not use to the big stage, bit uneducated with no potential star power ....but still hopes he can pull it off

No point supporting him, he's going to get battered.

Good luck to lad, Shame Sims won't be in corner. Looks like Barker will be the man to give the instructions.

I'm going for Devon via UD. Purdy was hurt by Rivera last time out but he's a solid lad and TBH can't do much worse then Bailey did. My word i caught 5 rounds of it and it was awful..
