1st time around. Floyd agreed to all terms it was Manny that got uncomfortable with Random testing and bailed.

2nd time around. Floyd called Pac and offered the biggest payday to Manny. Meanwhile Arum gave every excuse in the book talking about they should wait until floyd gets out of jail. Floyd might get weaken after jail, we need to build a stadium that has never was in process to be constructed.

So at which point did Floyd pussed out?

If Floyd wants to fight Canelo then maybe he will fight Canelo at his comfortable weight.

He asked for a cutoff - he agreed time and time again to cutoff demands, and then Floyd changed the demands. Bearing in mind Mosley was blood tested last 18 days before fight and was former PED user, 14 days was reasonable - FLoyd went from 24, 14, 7, 3 to 0 - finally 0 was met and 50-50 was off the table...of course he pussed out!!!

50-50 split would be Floyd's biggest payday also - this "he offered his biggest payday" is just a Floyd pole-rider comment...Mayweather stood to earn more money in that fight than ever even with a 50-50 - his flat fee offer was pathetic for a guy who would contribute hugely to the PPV

Arum has his own agenda - but to say Pacquiao pussed out is just a pathetic comment - out of him, Arum and Mayweather, Pacquiao is probably the only one who genuinely 100% wanted the fight to happen

You didnt' answer the question - was Floyd lying when he said he only fights fighters at their comfortable weight if the demand for 147 is true?

Pac pussed out of the random drug test and continue to puss out on it until he got KTFO. Floyd said yes to 10million dollar penalty which is much worse then getting your blood drawn PERIOD. Pac should've agree to it completely for Floyd is going to be tested as well.

TR and team pac are full of ****. Even his S&C coach told the media that it was Arum who doesn't want the fight.

Floyd agreeig to the 10 million penalty was the easiest demand to accept..... All he had to do was not pull the same **** he did with JMM.

Your first sentence is just childish - read his comments after the Morales fight. It's clear the guy had an issue with having blood taken too close to fight night. I mean, it's pretty clear and Team Pacquiao were consistent with this reasoning..."scared of needles" was put out there by GBP and every ***** clings to that. I already explained the Mosley and 18 days but you ignore it...Pacquiao accepted 14 and 7 days, Mayweather changed his mind over and over...behave!

Agreeing to a 10m penalty is much worse? All he had to do was make 147, for a so called small welterweight why is that such a hard clause to sign? I mean you just contradict yourself over and over and over :patsch

Your last sentence, I certainly believe that Arum has not helped matters, no question. But when you're making demands and changing them over and over and then changing the purse demand from 50-50 to closer to 75-25 (40m$ offer) then it's clear you have someone putting up a lot of obstacles - Arum has an agenda also, no doubt...like I said, out of Arum, Pacquiao and Mayweather only Pacquiao truly wanted it

wtf are you talking about? A potential 10 million fine is easy? Wow... Thats like telling someone to basically never get a speeding ticket since is so easy to avoid a speeding ticket to just not speed right?

How about Pac just doesn't take any ped then? is that a hard demand? getting your blood drawn is a hard demand?

Nothing was hard about random blood testing, manny asked for a cut off date..... Mosley got 18 days? That is now besides the fact because manny already agreed to everything Floyd is demanding.

I have no idea why Floyd brought up Marquez, or Guerrero and is now looking at Garcia, and Maidana and Lucas....
I really do not have an answer for that.

He accepted random blood testing, he wanted a cutoff. He accepted each cutoff Mayweather demanded only for Mayweather to reduce the cutoff time over and over :patsch
