Floyd had two additional hour long documentaries in addition to the All Access shows for his Guerrero fight, one of which aired prime time on CBS. You don't think if Pac-Bradley had the same exposure that it wouldn't have at least equaled Floyd's numbers?

Given the promotion, 700,000 and up is an accomplishment.

'"I am told that the number right now is about"

Can it really be that hard to calculate accurate numbers and release them officially instead of this bull****?
Are they giving some stations over week to reply to simple "how much"?

870k is bad when they were expecting 1.5m buys. coupled with very heavy promotions (i see them may day commercials on every nba game pre - may4), and a hefty Floyd salary. and to think this occurred on a mexican holiday, against a mexican fighter, with stacked mexican undercard and no UFC competing event. man showtime execs must be feeling real bad about that contract. good for HBO, they knew what was coming. good for boxing fans though as FMJ may have to think who he's gonna fight next.

To be honest it makes no difference if the fight sold 1 or 2.5 million buys. Floyd is paid a fixed rate regardless and is the number 1 highest paid athlete in the world.

I for one saved my pennies and watched it online for free.

Luckily for Mayweather it makes no difference.

Exactly like my prediction. Picked it to be 800-900k.

People are getting tired of paying top dollar for Floyds safe fights. I will not pay for his fights anymore unless he fights someone that has a chance to beat him.

Exactly...I'd pay for a canelo at 154. Sergio at 154. I'd still even pay for PAC at 147. Showtime will put the pressure on him to fight a top notch opponent next. I won't be surprised if the September fight gets delayed
