You scored a round where Mosley was teeing off on Cano for Cano? Dear lord

I said at the time it was being floated, I'd favor Mosley over Paulie (I was in a small minority). That would have won him a title.

I effectively agree with what you said before though. Broner is probably going to beat Paulie, and if he does so solidly, it would be a bad match up for Shane. But maybe Broner is biting off more than he can chew. Shane can still bang and he can dig to the body well.

Regardless, even if Broner totally outclasses Paulie and looks amazing, sadly, I can see them feeding Shane to him - because he still carries the "Sugar Shane Mosley" name.

Na, close fight, good fight, right man won tonight. Mosley shouldn't fight world class opponents anymore, but hate to see him as a gatekeeper.

I agree. It is a huge name and legend which Shane has. But like you said, I don't see Shane beating Broner. I can see Broner stopping Shane. Malignaggi? Shane could have beaten him tonight. I think I thought Malignaggi would beat Shane when it was talked about, but after tonight it looks like Shane might have edged him. It would been close fight like this one.

They were teeing off on each other, back and forth, moron.

It was a very close round and subject to swinging either way, as the commentators even remarked upon.

I'm glad Mosley was able to pull out the victory.

It's been four long years since his last win. :yikes

I'm one of the biggest Sugar Shane fans ever! I have so much respect for the mans career But I was hoping he would lose this fight tonight so he could be discouraged and finally hang em up after losing to a fighter of this calibur . Yet he's going to continue fighting because now he's going to think " I tamed this young lion tonight , I can probably do it 1 more time ! .
