    :patsch What a clown.

    2 young figthers gaining great experience sparring a legend like Kessler and this jackass has a problem with it because it's 'disloyal' to British boxing. :lol:

    That's like saying an American fighter should never spar a fighter who's not American, dumbest **** I've ever heard.

    'Groves is not my friend, Cleverly is not my friend but I'm British so they're being disloyal!!' :patsch

    Every time this bloke opens his mouth he sounds like a bigger twat.

    British people are very proud and always back their fighters no matter what. American fans should learn about loyalty and support from British fans.

    And what's that got to do with Froch whining about Cleverly and Groves?

    Because he's British and expects his fellow countrymen to be loyal towards him?, isn't this what you're whining about?

    He is right.

    While its great sparring for Groves and Cleverly, its genuinely not a nice move.

    So, you want Cleverly and Groves to forego the opportunity to spar and learn from a legend for a guy they're not even friends with, just because he's British?

    That's the stupidest ****ing thing I've ever heard.

    If anyone seriously thinks this is bothering Froch,I have to ask;

    Have you learnt nothing in the last few years? He's slaughtered them both in the press,and saw another opportunity to do so.Assuming he did say it,you can safely assume it was with that usual wry smile on his face.
    He'll use this as collateral against Cleverly the next time Clev spouts off(and Carl absloutely slaughtered him on Talksport a couple weeks ago) and tell him that he's only good enough to be a sparring partner for his latest victim.
    God,some people are so gullible.

    Understand what Froch is trying to say here but at the same time, he isnt the most popular fighter within the UK, dont know about Cleverly but I know theres no love lost between George and Carl. So why not take up the sparring opportunity? Great expereince for the younger fighters. Think Carl should concentrate on his own camp and let his fists do the talking this coming Saturday.

    So if they would've turned Kessler down and not worked with him, do you think Froch would reward their loyalty and fed their families by paying them what they would've made Kessler?? I mean they are all British right??

    Didn't think so!

    Froch has always had this bitter, jealous personality, right from his early days. If you haven't realised that by now, you never will.

    Was he being disloyal when he was openly backing/wanting Kessler to beat Brian Magee? No he was furthering his career interests. Messrs Groves and Cleverly are doing the same; gaining invaluable experience from sparring with a guy like Kessler.

    Hypocritical s.o.b;

    thank god for the schooling by S.O.G!

    I like Froch, but he shouldn't whine about that. Boxing is an individual sport and neither Groves nor Cleverly are owing him something. They had the opportunity to get some quality sparring and some money in and they took it. Nothing to see here.
