Did you see his buddys reaction when peterson was floored second time. He put his hands on his head and was like "damnnnnnnnn!" couldn't see garcia when the punch landed as he seemed to be hiding behind the seat, Broner adn lamonts brothers reaction were quite good too. Broner was standing up and had his mouth open. Lamonts brother was yelling all sort of **** about going to the body (as was broner) and when the punch landed he just STFU. Garcia is shook up, like the rest of 140 and the guys like broner. It doesn't make them feel better now that al haymon has jumped on the matthysse bandwagon too. Garcia is going to be sacraficed soon, lamb to slaughter for old green eyes. Cant wait to see angel crying like a *****. The Lucas dickriding is getting out of hand. Simply put Lamont isn't all that great. That's why I predicted an easy KO victory for Lucas
His buddy has probably never boxed and got caught in the moment, and yea I agree all the 140 pounders are probably wondering how hard does Lucas really hit. But I dont think Danny was shook...hes a damn good fighter, got a great chin and sure he was probably a little impressed with the fight but who wasnt. Everyone is acting like he is scared and I disagree.
It was a great knockdown (no. 2, that is) anyone who is a boxing fan SHOULD be shouting "daaamn" and have their mouths hanging open after that. Likewise, anybody should be nervous at the prospect about facing a puncher like Mathysse - being a Little nervous isn't a bad thing, it keeps you on your toes.
Probably does realise that, he also probably thinks hes going to win. Hes clearly a confident guy and why wouldnt he be, hes performed well beating good fighters. I certainly didnt see any fear in his eyes
I agree with this...but there is a difference with knowing your in for a tough fight , and being scared shitless like everyone is saying he was.
Danny Garcia was in a no win situation when the camera is on him right after a devastating KO just unfolded in front of him from a guy in his own division. Garcia is supposed to fight him next.... i doubt he was too shook if he ends up fighting him in a few months...
