What a load of ****. He talks about the brand boxing not having any money :huh. It should be the participates that make the money, not some greedy organisation like the UFC owed by 3 or 4 mafia wannabes.

Boxing will survive the test of time........ Lets see if the UFC is still doing the same in 20yrs when Dana White and his buddies eventually strip it dry when it suits them. Believe me they'll jump ship if the tide turns and leave the sport and the UFC broke.

I think both mma( the actual sport ) & boxing will stand the test of time .
Can't 100% say the ufc will as who is to know what will happen if the fertita brothers or white were to pass away ..or had a falling out .seeing as those guys prettymuch have complete power of the organisation .

I'm sorry mate but I really have to ask, what on earth have Dana White or The Fertitta brothers done to warrant being called 'Mafia Wannabees'?

True but the fans now get to see all the best fight the best. Boxing has how many ridiculous organisations now ?

If only some mega billionaires would buy up all the criminal boxing orgs and make the best boxers fight the best.

All you sooks badmouthing the UFC just admit that you would love their model to happen in boxing.

I would love the UFC model in Boxing it would put an end to too many mis matches

UFC may not have the best set up but better then what boxing has

Lucky that Boxing has the better product

Per ppv buys and gate tickets and satelite viewing boxing is smashing ufc..
Ufc is on a massive decline and Dana knows it.. His main audience is FOX and
The fans are sick of all the grappling..

Dana has a point in terms of the brand. Would be fantastic if the main sanctioning bodies could unite under one umbrella and create one super belt under a universal boxing organisation with a minimun purse of 1mil for each for a title fight!, but we all know that will never happen. One thing for sure, boxing will never die! while its in my blood I will continue to convert the uneducated and mis-informed! (about the good stuff of course)

I'd like to know where all the money is going in UFC...it's obviously done very well in the last decade and grown a lot.

But Chuck Liddel, who would have to be one of the biggest draws in the sport at the time, made less than 5milly for his career..over 20 ufc appearances and a couple of prides aswell.
