His physique looks naturally obtainable, through constant physical activity like swimming and gym, adeguate nutrition, and mostly, something like 17 years of activity and training; and abviously he is naturally gifted, it's very rare to see peoples with his sizes walking around the streets.
just because he's a gym rat and worked hard for the last 20-odd years? just because most of today's HW's look like Solis or Arreola, doesn't mean that the first HW with a decent physique is taking PED's if you're going by this way of thinking, you could say Haye, Cunninhham, Price or Boytsov took/is taking PEDs

He looks exactly as you'd expect him to look as a professional athlete. Have a look at a couple of photos of him at 19yrs old. He is similar, displays muscles that are large enough to be effective but not too big that they hinder his performance. He trains twice a day, eats well and is dedicated to his sport. If Wlad was on PEDs he wouldn't fuel rumours by panicking and refusing. He's the HW champ of the world and a multi millionaire with contacts and connections around the world FFS. He would simply agree to tests, then get the top docs to sort out the doping and screen his samples like all the best athletes who need PEDs already do. Wlad is so far ahead of the current woeful scene he could diet daily at Burger King and still be champ..
