Did I just hear khan right in his interview ringside?

:deal Like I've said 100 times before and I get proven time and time again: "Every interview, every quote, every tweet is scrutinized". This forum is obsessed with the man. Pure obsessed. There were two threads made yesterday about that ifilm london interview. Made him sound like a *****. I watched the interview and it was nowhere near as bad as people made out. Now we have fighter in talking himself up shocker! What he should've said was "I've got no chance against Lucas with my chin. He'd knock me the **** out":nut Bunch of absolute, ****ing morons in this thread.

The way people scrutinize everything he says is pretty sad..

I don't like the man personally, but he has balls. No doubt in my mind he would get in the ring with lucas.

 

Khan's 'cash out' fight is with Mayweather. That's why Khan has been running his mouth with regards to fighting Mayweather.

Minimum he'd get is $3m + small % of PPV.

I would be surprised if he got anything close to that fighting the likes of Mathysse or a Garcia rematch.

 

What have I been saying for months about the Khan-haters? How they jump all over whatever he says, no matter if he even speaks truth?

They hate him because he is Amir Khan. It dont matter what he says, the hate is preconception and they will hate him regardless.

He could maybe beat Matthyse at Buckaroo or Mouse Trap yes. A boxing match though? You'd need a broom to sweep up what's left of him.

 

If he'd said 'Hahahaha... wait, are you serious?! **** that, he'd kill me.', this thread would be four pages of people calling him a coward. In fact, there was a thread on here not two weeks ago saying Khan was ducking Matthyse.

The outcome is a near certainty but make no mistake about it, Khan would take the fight.

Really, it would be a ridiculous fight to make. Surely his only option is Alexander then Mayweather if he wins/Brook if he loses? Then win, lose or draw he can go back to Bolton and sit on his massive pile of money.

 

Why is everyone cumming over Matthyse? Peterson looked **** and couldn't be bothered.

 

Obviously you are going to look **** when you get brutalized in 3 rounds. compared to Lucas, Pederson is ****, you are correct.

There is a point with Khan where "chin" actually becomes irrelevant.....Anyone in the top ten has the ability to put him on his arse and keep him there, so why worry about it? Instead formulate a plan whereby he can steer clear of the bombs for 12 rounds, its difficult, unlikely even, but not impossible......There are significantly better boxers at the weight than LM, thats for sure, Khan being one of them....power is a great weapon to have in your arsenal but its not the be all and end all.

 

People underrate Matthysse's boxing ability. It's not flashy but he's a very solid boxer, who puts his punches together well, he's accurate, he has good movement and his defence is solid. He has less glaring flaws than Khan does. He's quite Monzon-esque in the fact he's not exceptional at first glance but he's a very solid fighter.

There isn't anyone at 140 or 147 except Mayweather who would have an easy night with him. Mayweather would be too slick but for anyone else to beat him, they'd have to get involved at some point. He's solid enough technically than he can't be outboxed for 12 rounds without landing a meaningful shot.

 

Until it lands..then it most certainly is!

but he wont stay clear for 12 rounds because he is under the impression he has a good chin and doesnt need to take extra care and not get hit so much, if someone sat khan down and said your chin is ****ing terrible you need to protect yourself better he would be a better fighter
