    well at least he's getting back in there i guess, man would he have done a job on Lebedev if he got the call instead of Jones! Eddie will be hands down the best CW out there but will the other top guys ever fight him?

    Other than Simba, all his opponents are no higher than S. African domestic level - and that includes the guy to whom he lost by stoppage...and probably Simba too.

    The smaller guys get screwed over rotten by the ratings system.

    According to them Roman Gonzalez and Anselmo Moreno aren't even in the pound for pound top 100 but Danny Green is? :-(

    yeah i never heard of this guy either. south african guys are rarely seen by even hardcore boxing fans when they never leave their home country. hard to believe they call him a top 10 cruiserweight at 13-1 when he basically fought only 2 times in the last 2 years. and knocked out in 1 of those.

    I guess this is the response to everyone saying "just get in the ring." It really is a necessary step if he has any goals beyond the very short term.

    It is a good fight for him. So far there are just no title fights out there. And I doubt that even this year there will be a title fight for him.
