I can see why Floyd fans are all over the place with their arguments and excuses. They get the **** from Floyd. Hell, in a 3.5 minute video Floyd rants and goes all over the place. First he is mad because Manny is from another country. Then, for some reason he wants to wonder where Pac was years ago as if Pac wasn't coming up the ranks the hard way. Then he wonders why Pac just ran through Cotto and knocked down Mosley when he couldn't. Then he says he is scared for his health and talks about nobody will their for him if he gets hurt but his family. Then he says if he's a coward, well at least he's a rich coward. Then at the end, says ya'll know I ain't scared.

Sounds like some **** a ***** on this board would make up. I see where ya'll get it from.

 

He still agreed to fight him. All that was needed was a few blood tests, but Floyd just knew that Pac was afraid of needles, right?

IF 50/50 was agreed to in the initial negotiations, why did Floyd move the goalposts almost THREE YEARS later when Pacquiao was an even bigger, more recognized PPV name?

Uh huh... In what world do you get up and walk away from a negotiating table in which almost all of the terms are in your favor, come back into the room years later, and expect the same deal... with a weaker bargaining position?

It was Floyd who had clearly established himself, by then, as the bigger draw, btw. No need to let facts get into the way, though.

 

So why was 14 days, nor even 7 days good enough 3 months later? That's the definition of goalpost moving.
