Nobody is talking about a very dangerous American Heavyweight Prospect.

How? He beat Liakhovich convincingly, and he also beat a few other decent fighters (Byarm, Tupou). He has his weaknesses (no game changing power, open to a few punches), but he's quick and relatively slick for a HW, with good (and still improving) boxing fundamentals, solid workrate and a seemingly good chin. He still has some development to do, but in my mind he's easily the best US HW prospect. He sort of reminds me of a super sized version of Lamont Peterson, but with a better chin. I doubt he'll ever be able to beat a Klitschko (unless they age overnight), but if he keeps developing he'll be a top 10 heavyweight for a while. Of the current crop of prospects, only Pulev is clearly better (although I'm not sure he has the power to take advantage of the biggest weakness of Price, Fury and Wilder). I'd love to see him fight Wilder, and I'd slightly favor him to win that one. He's never been hit clean the way Wilder punches though. Bryant is clearly a better boxer though, and with his head movement he shouldn't have too many problems getting inside on taller heavyweights.

Does Jennings remind anyone else of Michael Spinks? I heard Malik Scott say it in an interview and I really agree.

If he's half of Michael Spinks, he's a very good fighter.

He reminds me more of a significantly more skilled version of Mike "Bounty" Hunter.

I think he easily handles anyone his size, with around his level of experience.

He's still pretty young in the game.

So he will take care of Fedosov.

Huge fan of Jennings here. Been since his hard fought W over Byarm.

    But......

Am I the only one happy to see Fedosov back in the public eye. He was looking pretty solid for a prospect back in like 09, then he just sortof fell off the table after the Whittaker loss.

Anyone got footage or know where to find footage of his last couple fights. Im seeing he is still about the same size as Boystov. Was wondering if he's still a volume puncher with a solid body attack.:think:think

Jennings is fighting in June and I'm looking forward to it.
He's a great guy. In and out of the ring.

    Jennings couldn't beat Fury?

There are very few skilled giant heavyweights. These Smaller guys are better.
Fury dosen't look as good as Price and Price has been Ko'd.
The whole superheavyweight thing is a bust.
Lennox, the Klitschko brothers and that's it. But they actually had skill. We've seen Dimitrenko get dropped by Chambers. We've seen Valuev beaten by Haye etc
    You know what I mean?

I didn't say he could not beat some of the giants(and obviously, mainly thinking of K2). Just that he may not be anywhere near his prime yet, so is probably not quite ready to take on all comers.

    One never knows though.

Jennings is an incredible talent, and he keeps getting better with every fight.

His still no killer, but the speed & accuracy of his punches has been improving, as has his defense.

IMO he's the #2 American HW, behind Wilder. - Not that nationalities really matter. I'm American, but I still think David Price is the future champ.

Jennings seems to possess real good stamina. If he improves his defense and can learn to fight comfortably off his back foot, then he should have a very bright future.

Jennings is good, but Scott is better by a WIDE margin. Malik Scott is the best HW fighter in the US today!

Watch him work! Look at that speed! The footwork! The defense! The STRENGTH! The JAB!!!!!
