I'd like to know, in your opinion, who has the best and most effective staredown in boxing history. I like the Klitschko's, and Hagler's was pretty good.
Well the best staredown in my opinion was Hagler vs Hearns. For the best of all time I'm going with Mike Tyson.

A little different -- more entertaining than intimidating -- is Naz Hamed vs. Kevin Kelley. You have to watch from the moment of Naseem's somersault into the ring (where he lands and bounces straight across the ring to Kelley) all the way through the intros. Benji Esteves, the ref, separates them like half a dozen times and they both keep bopping around the ring until they find each other again. Some trash talk, of course, forehead-to-forehead bumping and ending with the fighters toe to toe as Naz croons along to Michael Buffer's champion of the 'woooorrrrllllddddd.' Great fun drama that was exceeded only by the fight itself.
Videos would make this more interesting. Rios/Antillon was pretty good http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PVe0VPx_OOA
