Ok found it, boxrec is acting really funny right now, giving a list to every search instead of dorecting yo to the boxer.

A Juan Laporte opponent that might join the list is Dwight Pratchett. Not too many fights but seemed oblivious to hard punches. Prime JJC and exposed Jaime Garza couldn't Ko him.

Hello John, great to read your contris as always. Billy is one of the greatest fighters never to be world champ. I heard he later became an exec at Charmers Industries in Astoria. Do you know if there's any truth to that?

He also fought Bruno Arcari who was a puncher, Saoul Mamby, Esteban Dejesus and Wilfredo Benitez , Eddie Perkins and Billy Backus...he gave Duran a pretty close fight....this guy should write a book he fought everyone....I remember him, he beat a few and drew with a few good ones in their hometown which means he won

Every great fighter of that period anywhere near his weight fought him.
For two decades he was a gate keeper for any featherweight thru Jr. Middle who wanted to get into the top ten ranking.

He was real character. If it werent for women and alcohol he might have been a champion at one of the many weights he fought at.

Does anyone know if Garcia was knocked out clean by Alfredo Urbina? I know his other two stoppage losses were cuts, but I've always been annoyed not knowing the details on the Urbina match-up.

Also, this thread needs more Marcos Villasana love.
