Fell asleep at the wheel and crashed his car, possibly after having a drink too many.

I got that impression from Darren barker in the video he said he was out "having a drink" with his brother who then wanted to drive to his girlfriends house in Leicester, he said he advised him to have a kip first so that's what it sounded like to me but perhaps he was totally sober doesn't make it less of a tragedy either way.

 

i did get the impression too, it dont make it less of a tragedy but it doesnt shine him in good light

 

Got to laugh at username paddymickey commenting on an Irish related incident!! Shame about Barkers brother, hope he can win a world title and do him proud.

 

yeh I worked in a place where we were all from international backgrounds.
We all had a laugh calling each other, what to others, might have sounded racist, but because we all knew each other and got a long so well we were having the banter. Ironically if you worked in that place and someone refered to your nationality in a racist way - it meant they liked you. my mates had equivilant nick names.:good

Never heard of Barker bullying Lee. Wasn't Barker a 140 lb fighter in his amateur days? Not sure what size Lee was but he doesn't seem the type to take **** from bully's.
