Anyone know anything about Darren Barkers deceased bro?

It was 15 years ago. People forgive and forget. Ive been told this from both sides so I tend to believe it. Barker was the top boy and repton, then this younger kid from Ireland comes over and is a threat. This kind of thing happens with teenagers. Makes allot of sense.

Thats why a couple of Irish posters were particularly anti Barker, and others were just anti Barker because of the obvious divisional rivalry, and then theirs others who just don't care.

Paddy from OTG knows Lee very well and thats what he told me, and I used to play football with allot of Barkers mates and they told me the same story.

Were talking name calling and taking a few liberty's in sparring at worst. The kind of bullying that everyone of us probably took part in and was the victim of at some point growing up. Kids do stupid things and people grow up.

Lee was fighting at middleweight as early as 16/17 years of age, he fought at MW in 2002 in the WJC and for the Irish senior title in 2003, Barker went into the Commonwealth games down at light-welter?

 

Why does it seem strange. The same thing takes place in every gym in the country. Its what teenagers do.
