    • Shane Mosley @135 in 1999
    • Joel Casamayor @130 in 2001
    • Ancelino Freitas @130 in 2002
    • Stevie Johnston @135 in 2002
    • Vivian Harris @140 in 2005
    • Antonio Magarito @147 in 2006
    • Miguel Cotto @147 in 2008
    • Paul Williams @147 in 2008
    • Manny Pacquiao @147 in 2009

Whether you think Mayweather would spank them all or not which would he beat less emphatically than the others, or if you think he would lose to all of them which one would beat him most decisively?

Which of the two? I think what Lara did to Williams gives me an idea of what might happen in a Mayweather-Williams fight- I believe Williams would be outboxed from start to finish.

    Pac.

At the time, my mind said floyd but my heart said Pac, I would say it was 60/40 in Floyds favor.

Quintana countered Williams to death. Floyd would've done the same.

I agree with this. Pac was in beast mode in 09 as we know, but I voted for Sugar Shane, he was at his best then and I doubt he would be eating as many counter rights as Pacquiao- plus at 99 Floyd had yet to step up to 135 whereas Shane was KOing good fighters at the weight for a couple of years at that point.

The Pac that fought Jmm 3 was clearly past his best as evidenced by his lackluster performance against Mosley. But 2009 Pac was a beast. Unbelievable foot speed to get in and out and throw punches from all angles. I would've still favored Floyd but he ducked Pac for a reason during this time. He knew Pac posed a risk.

I feel it Pac caught him like Mosley did it the second round in 2010, Pac wouldn't have let him off the hook so easy.

If Floyd was the best of all time- as he says he is, he would've found a way to make all these fights happen and win them all easily. (although to be fair it was Mosley who declined Floyd in '99 at 135 and early 2000 at 147, plus Cotto declined a fight in 2004 at Junior Welterweight I believe)

Floyd's legacy will forever be tarnished for not fighting Pac. Most would agree that he would've probably won but the fact is, he didn't fight him.

Well it might still happen, if Pacquiao beats Rios, but it will be long after it should have- like Mosley and Cotto was. I'd still rather see Pac face him more than anyone else between 147 and 140.

I would LOVE to still see this fight but it is what it is. A win over Pac now simply doesn't have the same historical significance it would've had back in 2009. I mean the winner of that fight would've clearly been regarded as the best of this era. But now, it's a wash between the two.
