You've gotta be fuking mentally ******ed to even compare the Oscar that fought Mayweather to the prime one that beat Whitaker and say anything but he obvious. Aging Oscar gave a prime Floyd fits, a prime Oscar knocks Floyds head into the 5th row. Floyd barely beat the old version of Oscar so how the fuk he going to deal with the prime version?

 

He didn't come up short at all. He was robbed in 2 out of his 4 biggest fights, both of them outlanding trinidad and Mosley in 2nd fight, by 100+ punches and virtually dominating them 3/4 of both fights. While the record books show a L, fans who were there or saw it know better. He still beat chavez twice, Whitaker, Vargas, Quartey, Hernadez, Ruelas, Carr and can go on. even with those 2 bull**** decisions, it doesnt do much to discredit his true legacy.
The only man to beat a prime Oscar was mosley in their first fight. The Pac, hopkins, sturm and Mayweather fights were pretty irrelevant at the end of the day.
And just to add, for those that say those fights weren't robberies, even single poll I've scene on boxing boards has Oscar winning all of them, and that does say alot. Fans know who won,its just too bad boxing has corrupt judging.

These *****s buy into the bs of Floyd only fighting boxers coming off big wins. Let's ignore that Mosley had lost several times when he was much closer to his prime and praise Mayweather for beating him simply because he was coming off one win. ***** logic.

Oscar didn't beat Trinidad, didn't beat Whitaker, lost to Mosley twice, lost to Felix Sturm, KTFO by Hopkins, quit on his stool against Pacquiao, was a victim of a boxing clinic against Mayweather.

Some don't even try to be that great though, like Mayweather. It takes a lot of risks, even when it doesn't look to be favorable. Oscar tried his best.

 

Aside from Hopkins and Pacquiao, ODH has held his own against the best in the division he was in and was on the bad call of a couple decisions. ODH even decided to drain himself late in his career to make a fight with Pac happen. People crack on Pac for draining ODH, but it was Oscar's decision. He did that, while Mayweather on the other hand...

 

Floyd didn't even have the balls to attempt what Oscar did.. And had he, he would not be 44-0.
