Froch threatens to kill Kessler

In England your not allowed to be aggresive in the fight industry. These guys stop the fight as soon as a punch lands.

 

Yeah I think the London police have more important matters to deal with than a boxer threatening to hurt another boxer legally in the ring

 

Absolutely insane, especially given the events earlier this week. You would have thought they'd have better things to investigate than a bit of marketing for a PPV fight.

 

I wasn't a big fan of what he said, but the police getting involved for it, ****ing joke. Plenty of actual criminals for them to be spending there time on trying to catch.

To be fair though probably had to look at it as some idiot made a complaint to them about what Froch said, I'd charge wankers that make stupid complaints like that with wasting police time.

I haven't seen anywhere that the police are investigating this,just that the board are.I don`t know where they get the time with all the time they spend scrutinzing form filling and calling fighters in to account for just missing out on making weight at 4 weeks notice for a payday of a lifetime.

 

Nothing will come of this, Board need to be seen to take such things seriously. After the fight he will publicly get called into a private meeting at which it won't even be discussed before Eddie agrees a bland statement.

 

Any early stoppages are due to refs panicking after lots of high profile serious injuries and deaths down the years


A big fight such as the one in question though would be left to flow to its own conclusion
This is a stupid reputation Britain has especially when you look at America where refs and corners let fighters take unnecessary punishment and Russia last week
