How is beating Ike Quartey, old Pea and a host of contenders and mid-tier champions demonstrably better than Floyds resume?

Sorry but you cant count losses or Corely would he an ATG

If Floyd was cut from a different cloth, then his fans wouldn't constantly have to defend his resume and why he hasn't fought so many people.

No **** these mother****er are counting loses and acting like they're wins and its ****ing pathetic. If you lose you didn't win they don't help your resume.

Your too much of a ***** to understand why ODH's resume is so much better. I guess Ricky Hatton, Victor Ortiz, LW Marquez, and Guerrero is better then Whitaker, Quartey, Vargas, Trinidad, and Hopkins. Get the **** out of here.

Paulie said it best; As soon as Mayweather loses he's not in the conversation anymore. The detractors will always be there, it doesn't matter if he fought Klitschko his critics would always find another subject to criticise him about. Mayweather saw Leonard and even in a relatively short career he fought the best of his generation and made a lot of money with his health intact. He sees his heroes like Whitaker, Hearns, Ali and sees the brain damage, speech impediments etc and doesn't want to end up like that.

The problem with people like you is that you put all the blame on PBF when fights don't happen. PBF agreed to fight Pac it's been documented he signed the contract. It was Pac who didn't sign and pulled out because of testing. Like I said he's cut from a different cloth, defense wins championships deal with it.:hi:

too much bias in this thread. all i see are americans and mexican americans arguing over who was better

1 thing to figure is one side is holding losses against DLH too much while at the same time giving there guy mayweather a pass for retiring for 2 years stating "im not trying to call out no 147 lbers" right after beating a junior welterweight champ :huh

what the? how can anyone have a serious debate with these guys

This is where this whole conversation fails. People say Mayweather wouldn't get credit for fighting the Klitschko's. Give me a break. The man was worried for his health against Pacquiao, and 8 years at WW somehow missed all the legitimate WW challengers. Leonard fought the likes of Duran, Hearns, and Hagler. Canelo is to big for Floyd.

You dont count losses in resume dumbass. How does being Ko'd by Hopkins and losing to Trinidad adding to his resume

Why its called a resume. Do you put jobs you were fired at on your resume lol?

You count the fact that ODH had the balls to move up and face Bernard Hopkins of all people, while you *****s cry that Canelo is to big for Floyd.

Yeah it is. Oscar lost some of those fights and the wins he had weren't better. PBF won all of his. In what sport do you count loses and act like they're as good as wins? None.:deal

If one team goes 16-0 and wins the Superbowl and the other team went 10-6 and lost to the same team who won the Superbowl. Who's considered better?:deal

Pea was done and he still arguiably lost he was outlanded clowned and dropped in that fight. A prime Pea would have shut his ass out and embarrassed him.:deal

20 years from now Floyd fans will still be making up excuses of why the Pac fight didn't happen, why Floyd retired when Clottey, Margarito, and Cotto were on the WW scene. Does anyone really think a WW Floyd would have done what Oscar did between 1999-2004? One was a fighter who wanted to prove himself against the very best, the other was more worried for his health.

Pernell Whitaker embarrasses Mayweather too. That old Whitaker is a better welterweight than any fighter Floyd has faced.
