If Bellew beats Chilemba will Sky/Matchroom pick up Dawson v Stevenson?

Would make sense. I guess it depends if Bellew wins.

I think if Tony does it they could tempt Dawson over to the UK. If they can do a deal where the fight is at 2am in the Echo Arena, they get the Sky money, the HBO money and the 10,000 fans in Liverpool.

A big kicker is that Gary Shaw has allot of fighters that could be matched with Matchroom fighters. Geale v Barker has already made, but theres financially rewarding fights for a number of Shaw fighters who could come over to the UK to fight guys like Burns, Frampton, Rose etc.

 

I can't see Dawson coming over here, if he were a challenger maybe but not as a champion, Britain is hardly known for its fair judging. You would be mad coming over here.

Another reason that I want Bellew to win. Who the **** wants to see Chilemba fight the winner of Dawson-Stevenson? Sky certainly won't and it would likely be relegated to BN because it wouldn't fill out a parish church.

If Bellew wins then they'll likely get the champion to defend it against him over here. Even if Bellew would get destroyed, it would make for a big show.

 

Yep,with you on wanting Bellew to get it this time.Watched Chilemba against the Russian on you tube and get a draw,so think he's been a bit underrated.The winner of the other 2,particularly if it was Stevenson,would be as you said,a great matchup.Dont think Bellew gets destroyed,either.Could even surprise everybody and win.
