    I have to disagree.
He took Bigfoot down pretty much at will and pounded him hard

I honestly dont think he's got any chance.

If he plods in Velasquez picks him and out strikes him. If he wades in Velasquez shoots a double and the GnP begins!

Velasquez is better in every area, plus he's twice as fast and dynamic, Velasquez is going to take Jr out in the first round (Jr is his nick name BTW).

Do you mean Big foot would have survived a little longer?

He got the takedown because of Bigfoot's mental error of giving Cain his leg with a throw away kick.

Not to say he wouldn't have gotten him down either way. Probably not quite as quickly, though.

I would say very little, or next to no chance.......However, if you had asked me how much of a chance Bigfoot had against Fedor or Overeem, I would have said the same thing:deal Never underestimate a giant!

The big man is very resilient, it would be a surprise but I wouldnt be shocked if he stops Cain late. Valasquez expends alot of energy, and if Silva can weather the storm for the 1st 3 then he has a chance

I think Reem had Bigfoot several times in that fight, but instead of pouring it on when he had success somewhere, like the body.. He'd be sitting back and admiring his work, maybe looking for an opening? He didn't approach the fight with a workmanlike attitude, he was looking at Silva like a horsemeat hamburger. Looking for the big, slow, lumbering, "target practice" of a fighter to show an opening so he could put out the lights like Cormier did.

Next thing he knew, he was out of gas and those slow hands of his turn out to be pretty accurate when you are tired and he's reading your movements and trying to time you with arm punches  That's what he did.

Cain isn't that type of fighter. He knows his game is to put on pressure and keep it on. If he finds a weakness he exploits it until his opponent can figure out a way to keep him honest. I don't doubt Bigfoot can weather a storm or two.. But I tend to think he's going to be the one tired by the end of the third round. Bigfoot is a beast, if he gains control of the fight at any time, he can end it. Dude's ******ed.

Fair points and Valasquez is the obvious favorite. But...Cain is not a one puncher kodder either...that was my point fella

He couldn“t see a thing with that blood all over his eyes....the fight would be different without that......

It was a well placed elbow so full credit. I expect Cain to win, but not as impressively. This is a different fight, Big Foot has a slim chance imo
