ay man soto karass is legit!! an it was maidana first fight wit garcia i believe and it might have been first one at 147. and maidana was pulling out tools he didn't know how to use so he looked extra sloppy in there that night. but still got the ko ..lopez can win no doubt vs maidana. but im goin with maidana hes the more proven guy. if maidana loses its cuz hes not the hungry fighter he once was and his gas tank isn't full anymore and his style takes a toll so lopez could be catching maidana at the rite time , but i gotta go wit maidana. maidana used to be my boy but once alexander kicked his ass its not a huge deal wen he fight nemore watch soto-karass beat andre berto .. there still fighting right??
I really liked what I saw from Maidana against JSK, but I'm curious to see if those same improvements will still be on display against a better opponent.

I forgot just how stupid people on the general were, people think Maidana is just gonna walk through this guy Maidana is blown up and slow as hell at 147lbs, he hasn't looked good since the Khan fight fight. Lopez is much bigger than Maidana and has a solid chin. Lopez should win on points but must be cautious with Maidana's power. For the record at 140lbs Maidana would of stopped him, but things have changed.
Marcos has had time to fill out though Lopez is still a question mark even at 147 though he did make Ortiz quit lets not pretend like Lopez is for sure a solid welter himself. He should take this fight but I am not going to base off Lopez being better suited at Welter vs Marcos. his skills will carry him but he also does not mind getting into a slug fest and if Marcos makes it one Lopez is the type to join the dance with him especially fighting in his backyard which may also influence him to put on a good show. Too many variables to pick a true winner here, I like Lopez but I am rooting for Maidana in this one.
I pick Lopez because I believe he can handle Maidana's power which is his main asset, he can outbox Maidana. He is bigger. I also think he will go to the body well against Maidana who is vunerable there. I am also rooting for Maidana by the way :yep
