You're entitled to make this thread and offer your POV, you gave your reasons why you thought Kessler won so that's cool with me. If some ****tards on here don't agree well that's their problem not yours.
I don't mind if people disagree, as someone just pointed out I am in the minority. But at least respond to my points, everyone is ignoring the factors you are supposed to go on.
115-113 froch i even gave kessler some of the close rounds to make sure my scorecard wasnt bias at all
I'm not saying that you should score according to popular consensus. I was merely pointing out that an unusually high percentage of disparate individuals have overwhelmingly scored the fight for Froch. When somebody purports to see it differently, there is always going to be an inevitable amount of disbelief/derision. Personally I can't see how anybody could give Kessler more then five rounds.
I never scored it, but just watching the fight I thought it could have went either way, but thats what a home crowd is for, to sway the judges so I wasnt shocked when Froch got the UD. As for the fight though, I thought it was a bit of a shocker to be honest! Froch and Kessler both look like shadows of their former selves. Sure it had its fun moments, but the quality was awful. Froch missing wildly & Kesslers slappy shots, especially when he was swinging with his left. Both fighters dont have much left, I see Froch Kessler 3 & then both retiring gracefully. On tonights performances, I would pick Groves to beat Froch quite handily. I was very impressed with St George.
I think Froch won this pretty clearly, had it by 3. Dominated the early stages and finished strong, he did more than enough.
