All this talk of Froch's Iron chin...

Everyone knows they both have granite chins, what's your point exactly?

 

True, Kessler has a strong chin himself. That said, Froch's is better as history has shown, and was pretty evident by the response of Kessler to Froch's shots, particularly in the last round. Kessler was on the brink there of getting dropped and/or stopped. The worst he ever did to Froch was make his legs buckle for a moment.

 

Allan Green put Kessler down. Can't deny how strong his mandible is though.

 

2 of the best chins of the last decade, but they both have recovery powers, heart and will to win to match. They're both nearly impossible to stop and have insane mental toughness.

Two absolute warriors, I love them both.

 

Kessler has been down more recently than Froch so **** off or do your research before starting threads that will be TKO'd immediately.

 

Being down doesn't mean your chin isn't iron. Both Kessler and Froch have certifiably iron chins.

 

Froch has one of the best chins in boxing, if not the best.
But according to you (who the **** are you ?) he's got shakey whiskers.

Taylor had plenty of pop, go look at the 2nd round of Taylor Pavlik 1, did you ever see anybody else have Pavlik doing that dance ?
Add in the fact that Taylor spent years struggling to make 160, so wasn't a midget at 168 either.

Yes, Froch has an iron jaw, he has been buzzed a couple of times but he blocks punches with his chin and recovers almost instantly

 

Allan Green dropped him in the 2nd. He's got a good chin however, although in fairness he probably has more one punch knockout power than Froch

1 minute later Kessler wobbled Green.
The fight was at LHW a more natural weight for Green and Kessler ko'ed him in 4 rounds no one has done that before

 

Did froch not nearly have the ref jump in at the 12 th or wAs I watching something else.

 

I don´t see how anyone can say that Froch doesn´t have an iron jaw.
Dirrell can punch. Both brothers can. So can Taylor.
Froch has been taking punches his whole career. His chin has helped him win most of his fights. He even took the Bute uppercut that has cut down a lot of fighters with a simple shot. Froch took it and just smiled.
Froch has an iron jaw and thats a fact.
