Team Ward: After destroying Froch again, we want Calzaghe

I honestly think Calzaghe should have done what Hopkins did for him. Give the young guys a chance to steal the torch. Don't pad your record, beat a few old timers, then go home and talk **** about how you could beat the next generation of fighters if you felt like it.

 

I don't much understand the purpose in calling out a guy retired 4 years. Sure, it would make big bucks, but why set such extreme conditions for a Froch fight, unless they don't want it? They have to know the odds of Calzaghe unretiring are next to none.

 

calling out a 40 plus and retired for 4 or 5 yrs isnt moronic?

why didnt he call out Bute after winning the Super 6?

instead hes focusing on guys who have been retired for a long time

he should challenge some one like Martinez or Golovkin or even some one at light heavyweight

 

Fact is Hopkins was 42 when he fought Joe and Joe is 41 now, so that gives him a whole year if he wants some of that Ward action. I doubt it very seriously. Ward just trying to make him shut his old ass mouth and quit talking ****. He probably shaking in his boots right now. As for Froch, he's over there talking **** and basking in the glory that his fans ( who don't have anybody else to root for but him) is heaping on him. So when Ward goes over the pond and beats his ragged ass he will have his fans to console him because they are good and dedicated fans. Over here, the fans would tell him to get his beat up ass out of the country. Over here, you are basically as good as your last fight. America only loves winners.

 

SRL and Duran have spoken that they will easily beat Pac and Mayweather. Does that give Pac and Mayweather to call them out of retirement to fight them? atsch

 

So its ok for Calzaghe, a guy who is obviously threatened by Ward, to talk **** , but its not ok for Ward to talk back? lol Typical Ward hating and Calzaghe nut hugging.

 

Plus I think Calzaghe would have to wait for Ward to hit 40 to fight him on his terms.

 

Ward knows this he is essentially ducking going to the UK with a comment like that. Makes no sense.

 

Froch should be careful for what he wished for !!!!

Ward's not going to be fighting Froch if Froch's promoter is smart. He won't destroy Froch's current glory over his victory with another embarrasing loss to Ward. If the promoter is smart, he will just let Ward rot as he doesn't find any meaningful fights and continues to stay inactive and becomes more irrelevant.

 

I think Calzaghe should come out retirement and shut Ward up. Calzaghe would beat this *****, slaps or not he would land more punches per round and walk a UD.
