I won't lie. There is a good probability that Lara grapples and pot shots his way to victory. I was impressed with his strength and illegal tactics he employed against Vanes, so he could win like Cintron. The difference is that Cintron was a great wrestler and Angulo is working with the trainer who trains Ward, one of the best fighters in the clinch. So I will say that Angulo has learned tactics to counter the clinch because that is what they will be working on in training camp. We already know Angulo can take a beating and that Lara doesn't have the output, and probably not the power to stop Angulo. Angulo's constant pressure, ability to take punishment, and destructive body attack will wear down Lara and he will stop him late, thus ending the Lara hype train. Lara is no Rigo.
Lara puts on a clinic all night long. been there done that i.e. P.Williams pressure fighter (better than angulo imo) striaght lefts all night and a pissible KO if landed regularly. all in all a good fight i cant wait to see.
Lara will school Angulo. Remember that I said it and bump this **** when the fight is over. Lara is on a different level.
its gonna be close. i want angulo to win but come on cintron beat him. an angulo hasnt looked that great sense his return . and virgil hunter doesnt seem to be helping yet either
Angulo is gonna get his ass schooled and beat up. Lara is gonna **** Angulo up. Angulo is too slow and crude to deal with Lara who will counter-punch his ass to hell and back it will be funny to watch.:deal
I'm going to this card. If there's one bout on the card that is likely to elicit cat calls from the audience, it's this one. Angulo will follow Lara around the ring. Lara will throw very few punches, tie up quite a bit, and walk away with a wide UD. The crowd will be full of guys saying "he doesn't want to fight" and looking forward to Maidana/Lopez.
