Pundits on the tv scored it for Clev, Steve Bunce scored it for Clev by 2, some other guy they had Steve Lewis by 3, Woodhall i think had Clev by 1 in the end, Enzo Mac level after being influenced by the commentator on 2 rounds that should have gone the other way.

I have Clev winning 1,5,6,7,8, 11 and 12 thats 7 rounds with 3 and 9 even rounds and Bellew winning 2,4 and 10 giving a score of 117-113 to Clev.

I score all big televised bouts twice, my own card scoring even rounds even and a how the judges would score a fight card, as they dont tend to score any rounds even when they should [less so British judges but they should still do it more] , on that 'judges' card i had it 8-4 to Clev which is 116-112 to Clev, scoring rounds 1,5,6,7,8,9,11 and 12 too Clev and rounds 2,3,4 and 10 to Bellew.

It was a clear straight forward Clev win.

Wasn't a clear win for either guy. I scored it a draw, but you can make a case for either guy winning by a point or so.

My scorecard of 117-113 to Clev and my how the judges would score scorecard of 116-112 to Clev was very close to two of the judges scorecards of 117-112 and 116-113.

What scorecards have these English fans got that think Bellew won the fight ?, wishful thinking from them at best, Clev beat Bellew clearly and would win any return by a beatdown particularly in Wales with most of the crowd on his side.

Still going on with this "should score more event rounds" nonsense, huh?

From the ABC's website, which judges and referees generally adhere to.

Judges shouldn't be scoring even rounds. They're paid to make decisions based on the criteria.

Thats basically how i score a fight anyway, round ends and no clear winner should be 10-10, judges rarely do it even when a round is even particularly i would say in America.

If a judge gives a round 10-9 on a whim to a boxer [threw the last punch, was in the centre of the ring at the bell etc] and then also gives a round 10-9 when all agree it was clearly won by a boxer you could have a 'robbery' as one boxer could clearly win 4 rounds yet the other 8 are even rounds, yet a judge could give 7 of those 8 rounds to the other boxer and you end up with a very dubious result.

Of course in the Clev - Bellew fight whether even rounds were scored even or not didn't matter as Clev won clearly either 117-113 or 116-112, take your pick, i scored two even rounds hence 117-113, it looks like two of the judges scored one even round hence 117-112 and 116-113 even if those judges had not scored an even round and given that round too Bellew they still would have scored the fight 116-112 and 115-113 to Clev, if they had given that even round to Clev it would have been 117-111 and 116-112 to Clev, all in all a very straight forward win for Clev.

Will Hopkins fight Clev ?, will Froch step up and fight Clev ?, if either or both fights happen which is a very big if, then Clev could very well knock them into retirement, too young, too big, too strong and too fast.

IMHO whoever beats Dawson is the premier 175lbs fighter on the planet! I'm just hoping I get the opportunity to do this.. A lot of people doubt me and I have no problem with that.. Ill say this though, if I'm in a close fight then why is it I'm the only fighter who is willing to do it again and do it immediately?

I'm not concerned with what people think about previous fights! All I care about is becoming world champion! I know I ain't the most talented fighter in this division but I do know m willing to give more than any of them to try and make my dream become a reality.. Once again thanks to the majority of you guys on here for the great support you give me..;)

To those who wanna keep slating me and talking utter nonsense and lies about me.. Go and stick it up your ar$e.. :good

You deserve a lot of credit for changing and making improvements on saturday and getting a good win against a very awkward and talented opponent. Some idiots will talk **** whatever you do.

Fair play Tony good to see fighters still posting here amid all the chaos. As someone who gave you **** on here a few times, I'll hold my hand up and say it was dumb. Having had money on Chilemba to win on points for big earner accy I wasnt exactly best pleased at the outcome on Saturday. :good

To be honest I think you deserve credit for rematching Chilemba so quickly. Although it wasnt a classic, it never will be with Chilemba and his style is very valuable in getting experience for that world title. Looking at the division it is crying out for a unification title fight to breed life into it. Dawson is certainly number 1 though.

If Bellew wins he is the number one. The question is if he has a good chance of winning the fight? Dawson is a great boxer... I am honest I dont see how Bellew can win this. Outpointing him in the States? VERY hard. Stopping Dawson? Would be his only chance in my opinion.... Maybe Ward has "done some damage" to Dawson.

Good post, I agree with this. Dawson is an excellent boxer on his day, but seems a little weak mentally. Best chance is to try get him over here.
