    What's this go to do with popularity??

    Boxer's are in the entertainment business. Cory Spinks could win 150 fights without a loss and I wouldn't care less.

    No he's not. Ali, and Dempsey have him beat for sure, and I'd probably through in the guy who has a hockey arena named after him in Detroit as well.

    Out of 10 people who knows Floyd, I would say at least 9 of them know Tyson as well. When I was a kid, I have heard the name Tyson in boxing but I didn't know how he looks like during that time.

    It's a demonstration of the decline of the American Heavyweight and it relevancy in relation to the public esteem. I think Boxing was at it's last peak when Tyson ruled the Heavyweight Division. Maybe if Floyd went with the good boy PR he may have had an even more lasting impact being the 'People's Champion', he's still relevant though either way.
